The venue is immaculately clean, with good and fab location so close to Brighton pier, shops and even the train station as well as The Square Townhouse from arrival to leaving. The atmosphere of the hotel is contemporary. The luxury king room is new-fashioned and has a work desk, a multi-channel TV and a seating area. No complains at all, recommend this place.

friendly staff, nice room, close to all the central attractions and good rate
room was rather hot and the electric fan was very loud, would make it difficult to sleep if you were a light sleeper

perfectly placed for exploring brighton's beautiful seaside and parks
The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, and it was just a minute's walk to the fine Brighton beach , made morning strolls a delight. With fantastic nearby restaurants just a five-minute walk away, I could easily grab a delicious meal after a day of exploring.

I stayed in the Deluxe, Superior King room and thought it was excellent value for money! Beautifully designed, the bed was comfy very clean, extra seating area and the bathroom was beautiful! I especially liked the big bath! You could also view the sea from the window which I wasn't expecting at all and given the price I thought was excellent for the location, the seaview and the room itself. I've stayed in a few hotels in Brighton before which cost considerably more, and they do not compare to Square! Absolutely perfect for couples!

The bed & pillows. I suffer with back/shoulder/neck problems and the bed/pillows were excellent. Great location too with a couple of great pubs nearby and a short walk to Lanes etc.
Room (6) needs a little tlc - evidence of damp, some things in the bathrrom need fixing. Would have liked to have know it was continental breakfast only.

Although only continental, Breakfast was very nice, huge selection and very good quality, especially the fresh fruit.
Back rom was very small, didn't like glass door on bathroom and cleanliness could have been better.

breakfast room, breakfast and staff were nice. Rooms are cared for and pleasant some better than others but pretty decent.
toilet roll holder not repaired, damaged bedside table too. room cost a smudge high to justify what you get. bearable but a little high.
